Shipping policy



Order Fulfillment

We ship most orders within 2 business days of receiving them. You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

If there's any delay, we'll reach out to let you know what's happening. Business days are Monday through Friday—we don't process shipments on weekends or holidays.



Delivery Estimates

Depending on your location and order weight, we ship via Spee-Dee Delivery Service, UPS, or freight. We deliver to the continental United States only.

The delivery estimates shown at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier takes over responsibility for safe and timely delivery. If your package arrives damaged, you'll need to file a claim with the carrier. Please keep your original packaging and take photos of any damage—this documentation is important for processing a replacement or refund.



Refunds

If your order comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll refund your payment minus the shipping cost.

If you'd like to cancel your entire order before it ships, we'll refund the full amount including shipping, minus a 3% credit card processing fee.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error on our part, contact us within 7 days. We'll either replace the item, refund your payment, or offer compensation—whatever works best.

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you have 7 days to arrange a return. You'll cover return shipping via UPS or freight. We do charge a 10% restocking fee on returned items.

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.





Warranty

All our products arrive in new, working condition. If something isn't right, reach out within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you—including original shipping costs—at our discretion. For minor cosmetic issues that don't affect function, we'll work with you to find a solution that makes you happy. Our goal is quality products at fair prices with service you can count on.
